Il benessere segue le strade dei chakra e il terzo ci trova spesso inconsapevoli di cosa mangiamo.
Con la crescita della consapevolezza ci si accorge del ruolo dell’alimentazione sana.
Ho da sempre preferito la verdura alle proteine animali.
Amiamo le abbuffate ma poi ci sentiamo gonfi e con voglia di mangiare cose saporite e meno sane.
In questo percorso di conoscenza di noi stessi dobbiamo imparare a conoscere i limiti che la società pone al benessere.

dura 1 ora e 26 minuti… non lo considero oro colato, ma imparare ad avere un equilibrio porta a recuperare il nostro benessere.
Ho riscontrato minore fame mangiando maggiore frutta e sostituendo la dieta animale con legumi e verdura.
